The Thomas-Hines Educational Training Center was founded and incorporated by Sanders L Thomas. Mr.
Thomas completed an Associates Degree in Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelors degree
in Computer Aided Drafting, Alabama A. & M. University, Masters degree in Industrial Technology (Career and Technology
Education), Alabama A. & M. University, Project Management Certificate, University of Alabama at Huntsville and Certified
Grant Specialist, National Association of Grant Writers. Mr. Thomas is a Technical Support Analyst with
a leading Software Developer and Knowledge Operations Manager with the Alabama Air National Guard. Mr.
Thomas has demonstrated the ability to evaluate, implement and manage multiple projects and personnel in both the private
and public sector. Education and Training, and Information Management with the Military, coupled with Civil
Engineering, Drafting and Design and working as a Collegiate Instructor in the civilian world, totals over twenty-one years
of experience. This experience has provided him with a broad knowledge of today’s industry, its needs,
and what it takes to succeed in the marketplace. Mr. Thomas is a member of the American Society of
Civil Engineers, American Legion, Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity,
Inc.
Support staff consists of local educators and administrators who have excelled in their respective areas as well.
